Default Bottom of cells are truncated when printed after using auto row he

How can I prevent the bottom line of text cell from being trucated during
printing after using auto row height. I have tried changing word wrap and
other cell alignments. I am running Excel 2003, but have had this problem
with previous versions. It would be great if I could add a space at the
bottom of the cell when printed.
