is there any way to open Lotus 1-2-3 files (WK4) in Excel 2007?

Default lotus 1-2-3 files

No there isn't. You'd have to convert them to Excel format outside of Excel
2007. Like with an earlier Excel version or Open Office (a free download I
believe).
