Not as easy but it is possible
=A1&" "&B1&" "&C1 and so on will put whatever is in those cells separated by a space in one cell you can then copy and paste special as valued in place to make it a fixed value -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "officegirl" wrote in message ...
