Default View fo Worksheet

When opening Excel, not all cells are visible on the screen until I scroll
down, up, or sideways. After scrolling, then all cells become visible.

Is there any way to view the worksheet contents without scrolling when you
open it?

I am using Microsoft Office 2007 on a Vista system.
