Christina,
As I learned from the other posts, it does not need to be an *.xlw file in order for both windows to open when the file is opened. If the file is saved with 2 windows open, it will open both windows when the file is opened. Close one of the windows and then save the file. That should correct the problem. HTH, Conan "Christina C." wrote in message ... Conan, Thanks for getting back to me. I am drawing a blank as to why this does this (trying to support one of my users). 1. I did not create the file. 2. I double-checked; it is not an *.xlw file. But the two windows do open automatically. My user got sent the file in email by someone. Any ideas? Thanks, Christina |
