Assuming the time stamp should be in the cell directly to the right of the
updated field, then select the updated field and run the following macro.

Sub TimeStamp()
ActiveCell.Offset(0, 1).Select
ActiveCell.Formula = "=TIME(HOUR(NOW()),MINUTE(NOW()),0)"
Selection.Copy
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues
End Sub
