Default Number Format

All of a sudden my worksheet will not input dcecimals automatically...i.e
1000 and it enters 10....with or without formatting decimal places. I need

1000.00. Anyone know how to stop this. No matter whether I format the column
or just the cell it compresses the number.

Default Number Format

Click on Tools | Options | Edit tab and uncheck the option Fixed
decimal, about half-way down.

Hope this helps.
