Default Editing a multi-line formula

This behavior was improved in xl2007--you'll like it when you upgrade.

I use xl2003 and when I need to see the column headers, I'll make the window
less than max and resize it so that the formula bar doesn't cover those column
headers.

When I click F2 to try and edit a long, multi-line formula and trace the
various dependents, the formula covers the column headers, making it
impossible to follow the dependent cells. Is there a setting I can modify to
make sure both the formula and the column headers are visible in edit mode
(without having to resort to edit in cell)?

Thanks
