Default Date format

Hi

I want to convert 1530 into 15:30. Could anyone tell me the formula to do
it.

With 1500 in A1

=--TEXT(A1,"00\:00")

now don't forget to format the cell with the formula as hh:mm or else you
will get a decimal value (for 1500 it would be 0.625)
