Is it possible to custom format currency in a cell to round to something
other than a dollar? Example: $20,865.20 needs to display as $20,9 or $20.9
(including rounding)

Is this even possible?

I realize this is not the best way to display $ but need to shrink values to
fit into a complicated file.
