Default Double clicks do not open the file

Hi there,

I am wondering why double clicks of file name don't automatically open the
file. If I go to FileOpenFile name, it works so presumably, something's
wrong in the setting. Please kindly help me to sort it out. Fyi, I am using
Excel 2003 Professional. Thanks a lot.
