Default Please Help with Form in Excel

I need to create a form in Excel. This form needs button/tabs that when
clicked on will open another form. Never had to do this in Excel. Is there
a helpful website out there that can help. Just need to get started Any
help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

And using combobox.

Note the downloadable sample workbooks.
