Default Standadr Colors & Linking

When I move from my work pc to my home pc, the color pallet, if different
between the pc's, will dictate what colors are shown in my spreadsheet. Right
now, the cell background for a group is showing a dark brown background and
black font colors. The original design was a deep purple background and a
white font color. If possible, can I link my color pallet to the file so that
no matter who looks at it they see the colors I have assigned? Any help would
be appreciated. Thank You, JAD.
