Default Pivot Table problem

Hi

I have a pivot table that is showing data in the row field that is not
in the current range of data. i do not want this row name to be
displayed at all.
This name did appear in the data range previously but was overwritten
by new data.
How do I ensure this name does not appear in the pivot table?
I have refreshed the data and double checked that the name is not in
the current data range.

Many thanks

W

If you're talking about the Pivot Table DropDown lists still showing items
that aren't in the source data any more, see Debra Dalgleish's coverage of
the topic:

Does that help?
