Default personal.xlsb file

When I start Excel, the personal.xlsb file doesn't open automatically and the
macros saved there are not available. I have then to lacate the file, unhide
it and open it manually . I use Excel 2007 and Windows XP.
Any suggestion??

Maybe it is blocked ?

Office button Excel optionsadd-ins

In the Manege dropdown choose "Disabled Items"
