Default Insert Worksheet "greyed out"

I am trying to insert a new worksheet into an Excel 2003 workbook, but when I
click "insert" on the toolbar the "worksheet" option is greyed out. All other
otopns are available.

Any idead?

Default Insert Worksheet "greyed out"

Sounds like the workbook is protected under ToolsProtection.

You may have to supply a password.
