Hi Achelle,
Select menu item View-Toolbars-Customize (customize is at very bottom of dialog box) In the Customize dialog box select the Commands tab. In the left window labelled Categories select Insert In the right side labelled Commands, scroll down until you find the Sum icon. Click on the Sum icon and drag it up to anywhere on your toolbar. Additional information: To remove buttons from a tool bar, while the customize dialog box is open, click a button and drag it off the toolbar Regards, OssieMac "Achelle" wrote: Excel 2003 (11.6355.6408) SP1 My auto sum button has disappeared from the tool bar and I have been unable to retrieve it;how do I correct this. -- Achelle |
