If the sheet is protected, how will you enter a formula in a cell, or is the
cell unlocked?

If the latter, see RD's response.

Is there a manual formula you can enter in the cell?

I need a formula to divide 2 numbers and return with a percentage with 2
decimals.
eg: 684/937 to return with 72.99%.

Thanks in advance
