Delete Rows
Do an autofilter and look for CONTAINS Total. Delete the rows you want.

Delete Rows
Easiest would be to sort and delete or datafilterautofilterdelete or a
looping macro -- Don Guillett Microsoft MVP Excel SalesAid Software "RMT" wrote in message ... How do I delete several rows that don't have the word total. I want to keep the rows with word total in column A. Thanks |

Delete Rows
Try autofilter? Custom/ does not equal/ Total, then Delete row, should
leave the ones with Total. Save the existing file first though, just to be on the safe side. -- David Biddulph "RMT" wrote in message ... How do I delete several rows that don't have the word total. I want to keep the rows with word total in column A. Thanks |
