Excel Problem
I am having problems with one of our computers in Excel that when they print
preview everything is aligned and looks right, but when the go to print it shows all the information slowly being pushed up to the next line to where it shows the information with lines through it. Any thoughts on what setting they may have turned on to have it do this? It is on all of her worksheets she does now. Thank-you for any help.... |

Excel Problem
When you say "it shows all the information slowly being pushed up to the next
line to where it shows the information with lines through it", do you mean that on the printout this is how it looks? If so, try deleting your printer driver and re-installing it. -- Hth Kassie Kasselman Change xxx to hotmail "Bill" wrote: I am having problems with one of our computers in Excel that when they print preview everything is aligned and looks right, but when the go to print it shows all the information slowly being pushed up to the next line to where it shows the information with lines through it.
