Default Why the column code in my excel is 123... instead of ABC...?

For future reference... it's considered impolite to ask your question in the
Subject line.

As for your question.... select Tools/Options from Excel's menu bar, click
the General tab on the dialog box that appears, uncheck the "R1C1 reference
style" check box under the Settings area.
