Default creating a calculator

I'm having a horrible time trying to create a calculator. Here's my situation:
I have numeric values in cell's 'A', 'B' & 'C' that start at row 1 through
100. I need to decrease some of the values by percentage. (eg, $100 in A1.
$200 in B1 & $300 in C1. I'd like to have three cells that control the value
of 'A' 'B' & 'C' individually by percentage. So, if I input 10 in cell D1
that will decrease $100 in A1. If input 5 in E1 that will decrease $200 in
B1. And, if I input 10 in F1 that will decrease $300 in C1.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
