It sounds as if there has to be some underlying code on the worksheet.
--Right CLick the tab for the worksheet at the bottom and select view code --This will open up the VBA code area --If there is nothing there, on the left there is the VBA project window, click through each worksheet and the workbook. --You may also need to change the drop down above the code area to find the code that is doing this for you.
