Default restrict visible cells on a sheet

i am using excel 2003 and i would like to only see up to column G and as far
down as row 135. i dont want to see anything else including row and column
headings. i know how to use hide to do this but i would like the method to be
intelleigent enough to know that if i attempt to add data past the last row
it should allow me to and unhide the next row. can this be done??

If you hide rows and columns, then how could you move your cursor into
a hidden cell to try to add data? You could insert row(s) or
column(s), and then you would be able to enter more data.

Hope this helps.
