Default Formula allowing a selection

Trying to set up a formula that will calculate several values and returns one
answer.

1. X & Y invested money. Example: X $100,000 & Y $1,000,000. X & Y have
received the same rate of interest on their loans and have now received all
accrued interest and principal back.

2. Future cash flow from the investment will be distributed 50%/50% until
unitl X and Y have received earnings (dollars), not principal, that are 15%
for X and 85% for Y.

3. Once the 15/85 is reached, cash flow will be distributed 15/85 to X & Y.

I am all set with item #1. Item #2 is the formula I am looking to create.
Your input is appreciated.
