Default pop up calender

i would like to put a pop up calender in to worksheet and be able to send the
worksheet to other people and have them be able to use the pop up calender
with having to download a program too
is this possible

Insert, Object, Calendar Control.

Default pop up calender

There's a calendar control that comes with Access that excel can use.

If you and your recipients have Access installed, you can use that MS calendar
control.

If you or your recipients don't have Access installed, then maybe you could
create your own userform that looks like a calendar.
