Default Difficulty w/ creating a chart

I have 3 categories for each month
1- # of surveys
2- % of excellent surveys
3- % of Recommend to a friend

I want to create a chart and having difficulty. I want the months on
the x axis and the values on the y.

Each chart I attempt, only shows one of the categories. PLease help.


Month Surveys % Excellent RTF
June 106 55.66 59
July 64 56.25 62.07
August 58 46.55 58.18
September 43 67.44 73.17
October 3 66.67 33.33

I dont know what are you doing otherwise it make a chart as you want.
