Default AOL problem with Excel

I attached an excel document to an email that I sent to a number of people.
This was a normal excel worksheet and was accepted by all the recipients
except one. In this case a message was displayed when the recipient tried to
access it. The message was: File is not supported by AOL - Try to open as
a text file etc.etc. .......

Any ideas/suggestions would be welcome

Alan

Tell the recipient to save the attachment to the desktop and then to open the
file from Excel.
