How do I make links move with a cell.
ie: I have data in one work book linked to another wokbook but whenever
lines are added to the source book and the cell containing the data I want
moves, the link in the destination workbook does not follow the cell.
Can this be fixed or should I be using something other than a link??

You need to have both files open at the same time when you are inserting
lines the other open the first one gets updated. After you are done adding
rows/column save both documents. Next time you open the file it is reflecting
the correct/updated changes.
