Default Excel File Huge with no data

I have a User that setup a new Excel 2007 file with 13 tabes in it of which
12 are copies of the same sheet over and over, each sheet just has a simple
set of 50 rows and 30 columes for data entry to be filled in each month with
a total at the end of the rows, the finial sheet is a summory of the other
12 sheets. There is no datat in any of the sheets yet, but the file is
already 30mb in size. This file is reated in Excel 2007 and saves in the
..Xlsx format.
