Default Excel 2002 - Pivot Table : How to rearranged columns by draging ?

Dear Sir ,

I have the following Pivot Table :

Sum of Amt Column Label
Row Label Claim Collectable Dispute Outstanding Grand Total
A921 xxx
B841 xxx
D147
E465
P544
Grand Total

By default the column is sorted in alphabetical order, may I know how to
drag the column to the order I wanted ? I try but the column does not move.

Also can you show me how to eliminate row and column total if they are not
needed ?

Thanks

Low

Hi Low

To eliminate the Grand Totals, right click on PTTable Optionsuncheck Gran
Total by Row and Grand Total by Column

To change the order of your columns, right click on a column field in the
PTOrderMove Left (or Right)

It will only move one column at a time (unless you choose Move to Beginning
or End) so you may need to repeat the process several times.
