Hi Low

To eliminate the Grand Totals, right click on PTTable Optionsuncheck Gran
Total by Row and Grand Total by Column

To change the order of your columns, right click on a column field in the
PTOrderMove Left (or Right)

It will only move one column at a time (unless you choose Move to Beginning
or End) so you may need to repeat the process several times.

By default the column is sorted in alphabetical order, may I know how to
drag the column to the order I wanted ? I try but the column does not
move.

Also can you show me how to eliminate row and column total if they are
not
needed ?
