Default Excell 2000 - Cannot open file

Some time ago I created an Excel file that utilized macros. The file was a
Village Software template that I used for invoices.

Today I tried to open this file, and could not. Reason: my system informed
me that my "security levels" would not allow the file to be opened.

1: How do I alter/change the security levels?
2: What is the preferred way to open this file?

Any help would be appreciated. This is my first time to use this service.

Dependant on what version you are using you can set macro security under
toolsmacrosecurity
and sometimes it will be turned off for a specific file then you have to
turn it if you right click
my computer and select properties (I believe, I have win2k at work)
