hi
xl has a lot of print options but in the end all it does is send the data in
the specified format. features like 2 sided printing and other are done by
the printer.
in print preview click the options button. this should display your print
features. If your supports double sided printing then you can set that up
from there. if you printer does not support double sided printing then xl
cannot do what your printer is physically unable to do.

Currently I use Excel 2000. I have a file consisting of eight worksheets,
each fitting one page of A4. However, I would like to print these
double-sided on A3 paper so that I can fold in half and end up with an
eight-page booklet. Can this be done? If not in Excel 2000, is it possible
in a later version? Or with other software?

Thanks,
Stephen
