Where can I find instructions on how to generate a pull down menu in a cell
in Excell 2000?

Default instructions on how to generate a "pull down menu" in Excel 2000

I assume you are speak of data validation. Enter your list of values in some
range of cells. The select the cell(s) in which you want to display the
dropdown list. Go to the Data menu, and choose Validation. In the "Allow"
list, choose "List" and set the Source Range to the cells in which the list
of values resides.
