Default divide all cells in a spreadsheet by 1.5

i am trying to divide all cells in a spreadsheet by 1.5 but i keep getting an
error message about creating a circular reference. can someone help by
giving me the correct formula to use.

Default divide all cells in a spreadsheet by 1.5

In a separate worksheet, enter 1.5 and copy this cell.

Go back to your original worksheet, select all the cells you want to modify
and PasteSpecial/divide
