maximize window
I am in Excell 2003. This just started happening and no one else on my
network has this problem. My worksheet will not maximize within my excel window. The Ttop of the excel window just says Microsoft Excel with no file name. The sheet has the maximize symbol but clicking on it only shifts it a little and instead of the restore symbol it still has the maximize symbol. I have tried checking the protection, ToolsOptionsWindows in Taskbar and everything else I can think of. thanks in advance bill |

maximize window
I don't know if this will work, but it shouldn't hurt to try:
Hit alt-f11 to see the VBE hit ctrl-g to see the immediate window Type this and hit enter: activewindow.WindowState = xlMaximized Then back to excel to see what happened. It should be the same as clicking the maximize symbol on that worksheet window--so who knows if it'll work. If you didn't see those minimize, restore and maximize windows, your workbook could be protected. Try Tools|Protect|unprotect workbook Bill wrote: I am in Excell 2003.
