overhaul and want to see which cells reference a cell that I may alter?

Move to a cell with a formula and the click TOOLS, FORMULA AUDITING and
select TRACE DEPENDENTS. Repeat the process and select TRACE PRECEDENTS

You can also select a multiple cells and press F5 and then click the SPECIAL
command button and select PRECEDENTS or DEPENDENTS. This will highlight the
cells instead of showing auditing arrows
