MS Office 2007 Compatibility Pack not functioning
Dear Sir,
I have downloaded and installed the above software in my home PC and 3 servers at the work place recently. Surprisingly I find that I could not open MS Excel 2007 and Words 2007 documents using Excel 2002 , Words 2002 or Excel 2003 readers and Word 2003 readers. The error message display reads: €ś Unknown file format€ť May I know how to overcome this problem ? Thanks Low -- A36B58K641 |
