Default Locking formulas

I am using Excel 2000. I use this for invoicing and many other employees
have access to make their own invoices. How do I lock the formulas within
the invoice so that an employee does not change or modify it?

Default Locking formulas

Decide which cells need protection and deal with that by Format/ Cells/
Protection and the locked attribute (which is set by default for all cells).
Then protect the sheet with Tools/ Protection/ Protect Sheet ...
