Default Conditional Formatting for 6 inputs

Good Morning -

I am working off Excel 2003 and need to do conditional formatting for 6
inputs.

On-Track is green
Concerns is yellow
At Risk is red
Decision Required is light blue
Decision Required (Customer) is gray
Completed is light green

I there a way to make this happen?

All help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi Sher,
Can be done with Excel 2007; meanwhile, your best bet is probably
Extended Conditional Formatter «Excel addin«, Bob Phillips & Frank Kabel,
Addin that makes it possible to enter up to 50 conditions with the same entry type
panels as builtin Conditional Formatting.

another choice would be to write your own Event macro

CF in 2003 is limited to 3 formats (+ a fourth one for the base condition if
none of the 3 specified conditions are met), so for 6 you'd need VBA, along
the lines of http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/event.htm#case
