Default row color is not being retained after saving spreadsheet

User is reporting that when he changes selected row color on a spreadsheet
and saves it that when he reopens the file, the colored rows are not in the
right place and in fact the coloring appears to be randomly placed among the
rows.

The spreadsheet is shared, but only with one other person and she siad that
she has not opened the file during the period where the row colors changed.

I bet it has to do with sharing, but what excactly?

Thanks,
JM
