Is there a formula to change the color (of a cell or the written) with a
condition? Like, if the number is 10 is red, or something like that... |

That can be accomplished using the Conditional Formatting function. It is
listed under the Format option on the tool bar. Set the condition and then hit the format button to establish the desired formatting to be used if the cell meets the condition.
