Default Excel Templates

I'm trying to create an invoice template for work. Is there a way for each
new invoice to automatically number the next invoice? Also, exactly how does
a template work. How do you pull it up to input data then save?

Default Excel Templates

Have you tried using the Help in XL (F1 and then type in template). That
should give you a start on templates in general. As for the numbering here is
a link...
