Enter VIP-001 in the first cell then hover the cursor over the bottom
right-hand corner of the cell where there is a small black square calledthe "fill handle" When over the fill handle the cursor will change to black cross-hairs, (don't be confused by tyhe four-headed arrow cursor the appears when you are on the cell border).
