Default Bar Graphy with Calculated Percentages

I initially posted this in the powerpoint group by mistake, so forgive
me if you've seen it already (I make the charts in Excel and then
transfer to Powerpoint, thus the mistaken posting in that group).

<<So, I've got a bar graph showing each fiscal year's spending and
revenue and at the top I want to show net cost as a percent of total
spending. In other words, in a year where I spent $100 and brought
in
$50 of revenue, the bars would look something like this:

50%

I've got the bar graph made no problem, just need to get those %
values to show up. Thanks in advance!

What you need is custom labels. Calculate and format the labels in the
worksheet, then use one of these utilities to add them to the chart as data
labels:

Rob Bovey's Chart Labeler, http://appspro.com
John Walkenbach's Chart Tools, http://j-walk.com
