By entering --tools-- options tab--colour it is possible to create your
own colour palette for your excel sheet. When I use these colours I get screen tip telling "colour scheme". I whish that my colours get named in screen tip. Eg "red", "Blue" ... Does anyone know how to edit screen tip for colour palette in Excel? |

I don't think that it is possible, as the colour description is not exposed.
