Default "File Name" in the spreadsheet

I need to use the File name inside tyhe spreadsheet, but I can not find how
to link it to a cell. I found that I can use it easily in footer anf header
to print out, but I need to use it as data and manage that information. Some
body know how to link the file name and set it inside the spread sheet????

Thank you!
