I'd use an extra column on the original sheet. And put Yes or No (or blank) in
each cell in that column. Then apply Data|filter|autofilter to that column to show only the yes rows. In fact, you could use a different column for each trip and just filter on different columns when you need to. But if you want a new worksheet, you can filter to show the Yes's and copy those visible rows to a new sheet. WHEN MY CLUB GOES ON TRIPS OUT OF TOWN I NEED TO MAKE NEW SHEETS FOR THE MEMBERS THAT HAVE CHOSEN TO ATTEND THE TRIP. THE PROBLEM IS THAT NOT THE SAME PEOPLE ATTEND EVERYTIME, SO I NEED A COLUMN ?? OR SOMETHING THAT I CAN CHECK FOR THIER ATTENDANCE. THEN THIS INFORMATION FROM THE CHECKED ROWS NEEDS TO BE PLACED ON A NEW TRIP SHEET FROM THE MASTER LIST. HELP?? IS THIS POSSIBLE -- Dave Peterson |
