Default Have VBA delete a group of cells, move information over, then add

I have a spread sheet that has 13 weeks of information in it. Every Friday I
need to delete the past week, move the remaining information over to the
starting point and then add the dates (sat thru fri) for the new 13th week.
Can we create a VBA formula to do this? If so, could you show me?
